More Lockout News

- The preseason schedule has been cancelled through September 30th. Gotta admit, it's weird without the NHL.

- The KHL season has begun. TSN.ca is already showing highlights of games.

- Joe Thornton will be playing in Switzerland for HC Davos.

- Milan Michalek will be out 4-6 weeks after having abdominal surgery.

- Christian Ehrhoff will be playing for the Krefeld Penguins in the Deutsch Eishockey Liga League in Germany.

- Ilya Kovalchuk will be playing in the KHL for SKA St. Petersburg.

- Jason Spezza will be playing in the Swiss League for Rapperswil-Jona.

- Anze Kopitar will be playing with Mora Ishockeyklubb in Sweden. It is the same team his younger brother plays on.

- Alex Ovechkin will be playing for the KHL's Moscow Dynamo.

- Jaromir Jagr and Tomas Plekanec will be playing with HC Kladno of the Czech Extraliga.

- Tyler Seguin will also be playing in Switzerland, for the EHC Biel.

- This is a little old news but the players released a statement about the lockout and it's kinda depressing but important.
